Great shorts for my grandson even though I did order the ones with a zip and received the none zip ones and didn't get a response to my email regarding this

Glad you like the shorts. We can see from your order that it did not contain shorts with zips. We did reply to your email the same day, March 18th explaining the scenario, this potentially may have slipped into your junk inbox.
