Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from Sugar Loaf. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your item by following the steps below.
1. Fill Out Your Returns Information
Every order arrives with a Returns & Exchanges card. If you still have it, simply complete the sections shown:
- Order Number
- Name
- Postcode
- Email Address
- Return Type: Tick Refund or Exchange
- Reason for Return
- For Exchanges: Tell us the colour/size you'd like instead
Lost Your Card?
No problem - you can include the same details on a piece of paper inside your parcel. Please ensure the information is clear so we can process your return quickly.
2. Pack Your Item Securely
Repack your item in its original packaging if possible, making sure all tags are still attached and the product is in its original condition.
Please Note: The customer must ensure the safe return of their order and Sugar Loaf are not liable for damage or lost items incurred during the return of an order.
3. Send Your Return to Us

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
4. What Happens Next?
Once your return reaches us:
Refunds
We’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to complete the transaction after we’ve issued the refund.
Exchanges
If you requested an exchange, we’ll send out the replacement item as soon as your return has been inspected and approved. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Return Window
Returns must be received back to us within 28 days of delivery.
Returns received after this period will be rejected.

No - if you’ve misplaced the card, you can include the same information on a separate piece of paper. Just make sure you clearly provide your order number, name, postcode, email, whether you want a refund or exchange, your reason for return, and - for exchanges - the colour/size you’d like instead.

Yes we do! Simply tick the Exchange box on your returns card or write your request clearly on a note. Tell us the colour/size you’d like and we’ll send the replacement (subject to stock) once we’ve received and approved your return.
