LAST POSTING DATES FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

To help your orders arrive in time for Christmas, please see the recommended final posting dates below. These are based on Royal Mail's guidance, but it's always advisable to post as early as possible to ensure your order reaches its destination in good time.

  • Republic of Ireland*: Order by 3:30pm on Thursday 11th December.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48*: Order by 3:30pm on Friday 19th December.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24*: Order by 3:30pm on Monday 21st December.
  • Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Delivery: Order by 3:30pm on Tuesday 22nd December.

*Please Note: These services are not guaranteed, but are highly likely to arrive in time for Christmas.

 

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS

To make Christmas gifting easier, we've extended our returns period for the festive season.

Any orders placed between 10th November and 12th December 2025 can be returned to us up until 10th January 2026. For orders placed after 12th December, this will fall under our standard 28-day returns policy as outlined here.

 

UK DELIVERY
  • Where possible, we send out all parcels on the same day the order is placed with us, if placed with us before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding national bank holidays). We try to keep our postage cost as low as possible, so our rates reflect what we pay to package and send the item. From placing your order, you can expect your item(s) to arrive in 2-5 working days or less. 
  • All UK orders are delivered via Royal Mail using a traceable service. The tracking link for an order can be found on the order dispatch confirmation email or using this link here - Track my item with Royal Mail
  • Orders made on the weekend will be posted on Monday regardless of selected delivery option. This is due to Royal Mail not picking up from us on weekends.

 

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND DELIVERY - CUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES
  • There will be no Customs or Duty Charges on all Republic of Ireland (ROI) orders.
  • We use DPD Ireland to delivery parcels to ROI.
  • Where possible, we send out all parcels destined to be delivered to the Republic of Ireland every Friday at 8am.
  • DPD Ireland aim to deliver all parcels on the following Wednesday or Thursday.
  • All orders to the ROI will be exempt from GB VAT at 20% and will be delivered without any customs or duty to be paid.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - CUSTOMS & DUTIES CHARGES
  • We use Royal Mail and their trusted international delivery partners to complete delivery for all international orders. All international orders will offer a tracked service.   • International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and customs fees.
  • These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and we are unable to provide estimates of what this will cost as it will depend entirely on the garment and what charges your own government imposes.
