Here at Sugar Loaf, we want to take the stress out of Christmas gifting, so we've extended our returns period for the festive season.
For orders placed between 10th November and 12th December 2025, they can be returned to us up until 10th January 2026.
For orders placed from 13th December onwards, they will fall under our standard 28-day returns policy.

Where possible, we send out all parcels on the same day the order is placed with us, if placed with us before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding national bank holidays).
