Sorry for the delivery delay, this is due to the nationwide Royal Mail strikes causing severe delivery delays which are out of our control. We are working hard to ensure all orders placed with us are dispatched the same day to try and speed up the delivery time frames during this difficult time. We are also tracking all orders to try an provide accurate ETA's for customers. Again, sorry for the delivery delays caused by Royal Mail.Normally, 95% of our orders reach customer 2-3 days after ordering/dispatching. I'm so sorry that you've not had the best experience with us on this front.
