All orders are sent with tracking. When we dispatch your order, we email you straight away with your shipping confirmation email that has details to track your order via Royal Mail. If you are having trouble finding this email, please search your spam or junk inbox before reaching out to us at info@sugarloafclothing.co.uk or 07877 690 753.

We process orders very quickly, which means in most cases, we can't make changes after an order has been placed. We definitely cannot make changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

In saying that, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please email us info@sugarloafclothing.co.uk or call 07877 690 753 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do the best we can.

To reduce wastage and unnecessary printing, we choose to be paperless! So, no receipt or order confirmation is enclosed in your order. Instead, we email you this once you’ve completed payment for an order. If you can’t find it – look in your spam or junk inbox. If you still can’t find it, just drop us a line at info@sugarloafclothing.co.uk or call 07877 690 753.

Yes. We can post to the whole of Mainland UK through Royal Mail.

We're currently working on being able to ship to Ireland (EIRE), and we hope to be able to very soon. We expect this to be operational in August 2022. Watch this space!

Simply fill out the form, wait for your email approving the return (check your spam) and send your return order to us via any courier of your choice! We’d appreciate it if you include a note stating your order number to help sort your return quickly!

When we receive it and check everything is in order, we notify you via email (check your spam) and issue the refund. Simple and easy.

Every individual product page has a size chart within the description. We recommend that you check out the size guide and measure yourself in inches as this is the most accurate way to find your size.

As a guide, Women's UK 8/10 would fit either a 30-inch waist short or a 32-inch. A Women's UK 10/12 would then fit a 32-inch or 34-inch, and so on and so forth.

If the product you're desperate to get your hands on is out of stock, we highly recommend that you sign up to the back in stock alerts on the product page to ensure you don't miss out when we add new stock online.
